Single overhead crane - ERIKKILA PROSYSTEM

ERIKKILA PROSYSTEM® is a complete high quality system for production areas and it ensuers efficiency and correct ernogomics working environment. A PROSYSTEM® overhead crane can handle items up to 2000 kg. 

PROSYSTEM® is based on steel systems in models 125, 200 og 260 and the unique system is designed to ensure maximum suspension distance. It means less steel used for construction and fewer suspensions and fast installation. As the systems is 'closed' no dust and dirt will come into the system. The construction are powder coated and the construction is available in lenght from af 1 and up to 8 meters in RAL 1007 (yellow). Other colours and powder coating are available on demand.

All system connections are constructed by bolts so installaltion and adjustments are easy to make.

The integrated and patented trolleys are almost soundless and has a resistance a 1 % og the weight of the burden.

Electrical high quality equipment are included in the PROSYSTEM® and is installed inside the steel system.

Furthermore, it is possible to have a solution using an electrical remote control with or without cable or a combination.
