Atlas Mooring Line
Original Atlas mooring rope (applying German Bayer-fibers) is designed for secure and stable mooring. Material: Perlon, combined monofilaments and multifilaments, UV stabilised.
Construction: 6-strand, compact and form-stable.
Colour: White.
Specific gravity: 1.14 g/cm3 (non-floating).
Elongation at break: Approx. 27 %.
Melting point: 250° C.
Abrasion resistance: Excellent.
Application:
Primary Mooring Winch Rope. The rope is particularly used on ferries, Ro-Ro vessels, cruise vessels, car carriers.
Standard coil lengths 220, 200 and 110 m with
2 PES-protected eyes.
