The history of KITO begins back in 1932 with a small factory in Omori, Japan. KITO developed its first electric chain hoist just after World War II. In the period after, the Japanese economy developed tremendously - and although the country also experienced recessions, KITO steadily maintained the company's focus on constantly developing smaller, lighter, safer and more durable products.
