An honest and pragmatic approach to sustainability
Sustainability is one of today's most popular concepts and an ideology that many companies want to be associated with. Reality often reveals a discrepancy between words and actions, so in order to remain true to the spirit and culture that Fyns Kran Udstyr is built on, we have an honest and pragmatic approach to sustainability – “we keep our promises.”
For Fyns Kran Udstyr, sustainability is simply about running a business where we strive to contribute to creating optimal conditions for the people and nature that surround us. The culture at Fyns Kran Udstyr is characterized by commitment, loyalty, and honesty, and I am therefore very proud that our organization is characterized by long and strong relationships. This applies to our employees, customers, and suppliers alike.
At Fyns Kran Udstyr, we are also committed to reducing resource consumption, mainly by focusing our product range on high-quality products with a long service life. Another step towards a more sustainable business is that by the end of 2024, we will have an approved CO2 account for the entire organization as documentation of our work to reduce the company's climate footprint. One thing is certain! We will continue to work hard and make every effort to be able to call ourselves a sustainable company.

UN Sustainable Development Goals
Our work with green initiatives is an ongoing process. The sustainability report is based on the data we have available – part of the ongoing development process is the continuous development of data. With the implementation of a new ERP system in 2025, we will focus more on data collection so that our CO2 accounting can be even more valuable in the future.

Among other things, we are working on replacing petrol and diesel cars with electric cars, sorting waste and recycling as much packaging as possible, and placing greater demands on our partners and suppliers in relation to sustainable initiatives.

Fyns Kran Udstyr has a strategic goal of improving social conditions through a social economic profile and schemes for people with challenges. This approach helps to strengthen our reputation as a responsible and attractive employer, while also contributing to a positive impact on the surrounding community.
Responsible management and governance
We recognize the importance of good corporate governance in achieving our goals and creating sustainable business operations. A key part of our governance strategy is to maintain a constructive dialogue with the outside world and the local community. This involves listening to stakeholders, taking their concerns and needs into account, and engaging in open and rewarding communication. By engaging with the communities around us, we demonstrate that we take our social responsibility seriously and are mindful of the social conditions in which we operate. In addition, our governance strategy also includes a strong focus on ethics, risk management, and compliance. This means that we act in accordance with ethical standards and comply with relevant laws and regulations. At the same time, we are proactive in identifying and managing risks that may affect our business and implement measures to minimize negative consequences. By embedding responsible management and governance as a central part of Fyns Kran Udstyr's corporate culture and operations, we can achieve more sustainable and long-term success.
