Lifting Equipment and the ongoing inspection can be complex and requires enormous resources. For some, the cost is high – but primarily variable depending on the industry, regulations etc.
OSR is therefore a flexible model that is jointly defined to creating maximum savings for the individual, without compromising applicable legislation and safety. This can either be by owning the equipment yourself or alternatively by renting it from us.

Own equipment - full service and handling
You have your own equipment, but outsource this to FKU, which includes complete handling and storage of the equipment. Shipping in containers, as well as ongoing inspection, re-certification and maintenance of the equipment.
Equipment rental – full service and handling
You want fixed costs for the equipment, which is why this is rented from FKU with exclusive right of use. The solution means that your Lifting Equipment is always available, that we take care of all handling, servicing and maintenance of the equipment - as well as ensuring that the logistics are in place.
Own equipment - ongoing service and maintenance
You have your own gear in your own warehouse, but want security and a guarantee that this is inspected and maintained optimally. FKU handles this and ensures that all appointments and deadlines are met.

Logistics solution – all inclusive
We can deliver a modular container solution - the whole package consists of a 10" container that is DNV 2.7.1 and Norsok approved, in addition we also deliver a modular design interior system according to your requirements and wishes.
Modular inventory
FKU designs and produces the fixtures for the OSR concept at our own machine factory Lehaka. The design contains a number of standard modules that can be assembled as needed in relation to the type/quantity of equipment that must be in the container. However, the design is relatively flexible, as we produce in-house, which provides the best conditions for an optimal solution.
Security features and procedure
We can supply an interior crane solution that covers the entire container for lifting heavy equipment (optional equipment). The equipment is sorted according to type and size and fastened and secured, warning signs and safety guides have been put up. Other subjects can be mounted on request.
Test, service and marking of gear
Testing and recertification follow offshore regulations. All pieces of gear are individually marked. We use our online platform with a "click-and-go" procedure in each and every test process. We also take care of the container and the accompanying sling in relation to DNV 2.7.1.
EasyCert database
Each and every piece of gear has an individual certificate that follows standard offshore regulations. The certificates will be in the container as well as online with various search options, warnings and an overall overview of all the equipment in the container.
Maintenance, repair and replacement
Re-certification includes ongoing maintenance of all equipment. All types of gear are always ready for use. Equipment that is not approved and lost equipment will be replaced with new ones. New equipment or spare parts are not included in the price. We include a price list for full transparency.
Handling and logistics
The OSR concept includes a full-service solution where we handle and store the container and gear at our FKU Offshore service center in Esbjerg. Handling, transport is according to your requirements and specifications
