e Haan Special Equipment was founded in the north of the Netherlands back in 1898 an since it has grown to become a world leader in the following areas; lifting blocks (often used on mobile cranes) and wire shoes (used as end-fitting on steel wire).  
 
Today, De Haan has customers all over the world and the company produces both a fixed standard program as well as special customer solutions. All products are designed and produced in-house.
