Hemp Rope Untarred Crossbraided

Hemp is a natural product that is wear-resistant, soft and supple. Hemp absorbs moisture, but tarring makes it more resistant. Should be protected against chemicals.

Construction: 8-stranded + core.
Colour: Brown (natural).
Elongation at break: Approx. 15 %.
Specific gravity: Approx. 1.50 g/cm3 (untarred).
Application:
For use especially on ships, but also for rope ladders and similar.
