Straightpoint Crosby Load Cell - Radiolink Plus

Straightpoint Radiolink Plus is a DNV-GL type approved wireless tension load cell capable of weighing and dynamic load monitoring:

For hazardous areas, zones 0,1 and 2 there is also an ATEX and IECEx version available. 

Two versions of the RLP are available in the following types:
1) Long range 2.4GHz version providing industry leading wireless range of 700 m to SP's SW-HHP handheld or software options.

​2) Bluetooth output where it is possible to connected to any type of smart phone running the free HHP app on iOS or Android at ranges up to 100m or 328ft.

The Radiolink Plus features an advanced internal design structure and is pro high quality aerospace grade aluminium.

This type of design not only provides the The Radiolink Plus with an unrivalled strength to weight ratio but it also allows the user to apply a separate internal sealed enclosure providing the load cell's electronic components with NEMA6 or IP67 environmental protection, and it is possible even with the battery cover plate missing. These features make this product to the industry leading dynamometer even more suitable for use in the harshest environments.

Radiolink Plus is supplied with an update rate of 3Hz and it can be easily configured to run at industry leading speeds of up to 200Hz - this makes it ideal for dynamic force measurement. The product is designed to be rigged with several standard industry shackles from manufacturers such as for example Crosby, Van Beest and GN Rope.

A lot of development into this product include many stand out features such as SP's unique strain gauging method which helps compensate for wire rope torque when the Radiolink is loaded. You can also use the Radiolink plus tension load cell in combination with Straightpoint SW-MWLC high speed wireless data logging software, which allows simultaneous control, display and real time data logging of up to 100 Straightpoint wireless load cells.

Different types of wireless accessories are also available and this includes signal boosters, LED wireless scoreboards and base stations with analogue (4-20mA, 0-10v, 0-5v) or digital (RS232/485, Modbus RTU, and ASCII) outputs.
