When the international industrial group Lindab had to find a new supplier for the supply and maintenance of crane and lifting equipment for their departments in Denmark, they chose to look into the market to see what supplier options there were.

This provides enormous security in everyday life for all employees at Lindab; both that the equipment is in order and that they have access to relevant safety data on the individual equipment. Maintenance Manager, René Hornshøj states "Although we have of course previously had access to various certificate systems, we have never had a system that we have used in our daily life, as we do with EasyCert from Fyns Kran Udstyr, and where the system actually has been a help.
Previously, the responsibility for documentation etc. lay with René, and he spent a lot of time and resources keeping track of data and documents. He doesn't do that to the same extent now; the user-friendliness of the EasyCert system has meant that he does not use very many resources to keep track of the statutory certificates and inspections, and therefore it is no longer the same workload. The employees who use the equipment and need it on a daily basis have direct access to relevant documentation and data through EasyCert, and get to use it when they need it.
