How PunchOut works
PunchOut is a connection between your procurement system and our webshop. You click Fyns Kran Udstyr in Ariba and land directly in the webshop, where you search for and choose products as usual.
When the cart is ready, you send it back to Ariba. The order itself is created and approved there, and only then does it come to us.
From cart to order in four steps
Open us in Ariba
Select Fyns Kran Udstyr in your catalogues in SAP Ariba, and our webshop opens.
Find the products
Search for and choose products as you usually do. The prices are your own B2B prices with us.
Send the cart back
When the cart is ready, you send it back to Ariba, where it becomes a purchase requisition.
Approve and order
The requisition goes through your own approval. The approved purchase order reaches us through SAP Business Network.
Your own prices, also when you come from Ariba
The webshop shows your B2B prices with us when you come in from Ariba. Those are the prices on the order, so you don't have to keep track of two price lists.
The cart goes through your own approval
You shop in our webshop, but the order is created in Ariba. It goes through the same approvals as your other purchases, and only once it is approved is it sent to us as a purchase order.
Purchasing and finance can therefore see purchases from us in Ariba alongside your other suppliers.
How to get started
We handle most of the setup. On your side, the person responsible for Ariba needs to approve our catalogue.

Call or email our CSO or your usual sales consultant. Together we agree who on your side is responsible for Ariba.
We set up the connection
We set up PunchOut and publish our catalogue to you in SAP Business Network.
You approve, and we test
Your Ariba administrator approves and activates the catalogue. Then we test the connection together with you.
Questions about PunchOut
PunchOut is a connection between your procurement system and a supplier's webshop. You open the webshop from the procurement system, choose the products and send the cart back. The order itself is created and approved in the procurement system.
Today we offer PunchOut for SAP Ariba. If you use another procurement system, contact us and we will look at it together.
Yes. When you come in from Ariba, the webshop shows your B2B prices with us, and those are the prices on the order.
No. You come in from Ariba, and the connection takes care of the rest.
We need to know who on your side is responsible for Ariba. We set up the connection itself in SAP Business Network, and you do not need to send us any passwords.
We publish a PunchOut catalogue to you in SAP Business Network. Once your Ariba administrator has approved and activated it, Fyns Kran Udstyr appears among your catalogues, and one click opens our webshop.
Once the approved order has reached us, you receive the order confirmation and invoice from us in the same way as when you order today.
Yes. PunchOut is an additional option. You can still order in the webshop, by email or by phone.
