Wavin and Fyns Kran Udstyr have a long history and can now celebrate a 25 year anniversary on the co-operation front. The long and successful collaboration is based on a common desire for safe and correct workflow with lifting equipment, where function and solution are often customised.
Hear Per Villadsen talk about the many advantages he sees in the collaboration with Fyns Kran Udstyr.

Versatile use of lifting gear
Wavin is a world-leading supplier of products and solutions for plumbing, drainage and sewage systems, blue-green roofs, rainwater management, heating and cooling as well as mechanical ventilation. Their 50-hectare productionarea contains, among other things, outdoor storage and three large production facilities, which testify to a massive production that runs non-stop, all year round. Therefore, there is a lot of small and large handling and a versatile use of lifting gear at the factory. With so much equipment gathered in one place, Wavin values a good business partner to constantly develop, maintain and inspect their many pieces of equipment, and for 25 years Fyns Kran Udstyr has had the job.

The process behind the collaboration
Wavin is a proactive partner who, as a starting point, either draws a template or makes a prototype themselves when they are faced with a new problem. They then pass on their ideas to their our sales consultant, who actively participates in the dialogue, comes by and takes a look, and subsequently adapts and adjusts the draft so that together they find the right solution.
"We often get the ideas for the design of the new lifting tools ourselves. We are very hands-on and can see how things work for us, and this is how it (ed. solution) should be," says Per Villadsen, who works as a maintenance technician.

Function and safety must be top notch
"Our lifting equipment is the alpha and omega of our safety. The equipment must be usable and easy to access, so that people want to use it. It must be an uncomplicated and approved solution, and preferably the right one the first time, so that we can get it into production. In addition, we are really happy with the systematic approach to new and existing equipment, which Fyns Kran Udstyr takes care of completely, so that we don't have to think about it too much," says Per Villadsen

Communication and chemistry are important
Although a few sales consultants have passed through Wavin in the last 25 years, the company in central Jutland emphasizes that regardless of new faces, good communication and chemistry always follow when Fyns Kran Udstyr passes by. An important parameter that we were proud of and that we will continue to live up to.
