Individual and group control

The Ludwig four-hook system consists of four remote-controlled Ludwig Hook 2.5 T units. Each hook has a WLL of 2.5 T, weighs 3.3 kg and measures 120 × 199 × 102 mm. The remote control has colour-coded buttons, operates at 868 MHz with a range of up to 50 m and runs at 6 V.

Functions for controlled lifting

The remote control allows one selected hook or all four hooks to be released after correct two-button activation. Release takes place after an approximately two-second delay. The three-stage safety concept includes two-button activation, an opening safeguard and power-failure protection. For multi-hook lifts, the permitted load must be determined from the operating manual's load tables and the actual suspension arrangement and angle.
