Nylon 3-strand rope with high elasticity

Made from polyamide multifilament with a melting point of 250 °C and a density of 1.14 g/cm³. The 3-strand construction delivers a break elongation of approximately 50 %, making it well suited for applications where shock loads and dynamic forces need to be absorbed.

Handling and use

Nylon 3-strand rope handles easily even at low temperatures. With a density of 1.14 g/cm³, the rope sinks in water. Water absorption slightly reduces breaking strength in wet conditions, which should be considered during load calculations. The construction holds knots well and suits a wide range of lifting tasks and mooring applications.
