Weld-on pad eye for secure lifting

The bracket is manufactured from S355J2G3 steel and designed for welding onto structures and workpieces as a fixed lifting bracket. WLL is 2.00 t with a safety factor of 4:1. The bracket is shaped for attachment with a shackle, which can move freely within 180 degrees after mounting.

Mounting and use

The bracket is supplied without surface treatment, and it is recommended to apply surface treatment after welding. Welding must be carried out by qualified welders in accordance with DS/EN ISO 9606, and weld quality must comply with DS/EN ISO 5817, level B. Cross-loading the bracket is not permitted. Working temperature is -20 to 400 degrees Celsius.
