Dyneema rope with steel wire performance

DynIce DUX 75 from Hampidjan is manufactured from Dyneema® SK75 fibres, delivering a breaking strength that exceeds steel wire of the same diameter at a fraction of the weight. Elongation is below 4 %, and the rope floats on water due to a specific gravity below 1.0 g/cm³.

A lighter alternative to steel wire

The low weight and high breaking strength make DynIce DUX 75 well suited for lifting tasks and securing applications where steel wire has traditionally been used. The rope is flexible and easy to handle even at low temperatures, and the orange colour ensures good visibility in working conditions.
