Properties of wire rope sling

The wire rope sling is built from a 6x36+IWRC steel wire with a steel core, providing an even distribution of the wires and a stable cross section under load. The pressed eyes ensure correct transfer of the load to the connection points when the sling is used within the specified WLL of 14800 kg. The 5:1 safety factor is included in the WLL and presupposes correct use, including consideration of, among other things, sling angles, edge loading and inspection intervals.
